How do I create my customer account?
To access all Mister-Auto has to offer, create your Customer Account.
It's simple, quick and free:
- Click on "My account", at the top right of our homepage or from our mobile app: click on the menu icon located at the top left of our homepage.
- Select "I am an individual" and you'll go straight to the registration form.
- Complete the form with your personal details, all required fields marked with an * must be filled in.
- Confirm by clicking on "Create my Account"
Why should I subscribe to the newsletter?
By subscribing to the Mister-Auto Newsletter, you'll receive all our promotions and personalised offers first.
Go to "My Newsletters" / "Newsletter Subscription" / "Accept all communications from Mister-Auto and its partners" section.
If you don't want to receive marketing communications from Mister Auto or its partners electronically, you can choose to subscribe to either or neither option.
Click on the "Save" button to save your choices. You can change your options at any time.
How do I log in to My Account?
On a computer, click on "My account" at the top right of your screen to access your customer account.
On our mobile app, click on the "My account" menu at the top left of your screen.
The email address and password entered when you created your account allow you to log in to your customer account. You can also log in via your PayPal account, or via Facebook, Google and Instagram.
To track an order placed as a guest, use your email address registered when you placed your order and the order number provided in your order confirmation email.
Forgot your password? Click on "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address.
You'll receive a link, valid for 24 hours, to change it and regain access to your account information.
How do I manage my personal information?
Your account is your personal dashboard.
It's made up of several sections that allow you to manage your personal data and preferences independently:
"Summary dashboard"
This section gives you a condensed view of:
- your latest orders
- the status of your newsletter subscriptions
- the main addresses in your address book
You can access the details of each of these sections by clicking on "View all"
"My account information"
This section allows you to manage and update:
- your contact details
- change your password
- allow customer service to access your account if you need assistance
"Address book"
In this section, you can create and save different addresses that you can use as your default billing and/or delivery address by ticking the appropriate box.
You'll also find all the information relating to our business relationships in this section.
I've forgotten my password
From the login section of the website's homepage:
- Click on "My account - Log me" at the top right of the homepage.
- Click on "Forgot your password?"
- Enter your email address, and a password reset link will be sent to you by email.
- Click on the link, and you'll be taken to a new window where you can create and save a new password.
I want to change my password
From your account:
- Go to the "Account Information" section.
- Scroll down to the "Password" section and select "Change my Password".
- Enter your current password and then enter your new password on the next line.
- For security reasons, your password must contain all of the following:
12 characters
1 special character (@, ?, %,.....)
1 uppercase letter
1 lowercase letter and
1 number
- To finish, click on the blue "Save" button to save this new password.
I want to change the email address of my account
From your account:
- Go to the "Account Information" section.
- Scroll down to the "Email Address" section and select "Change my email address".
- Enter your new email address.
- On the next line, enter your password.
- To finish, click on the blue "Save" button to save this new password.
What guarantees are there for the protection of my personal data?
Respect for personal information is essential to Mister-Auto. We are committed to protecting the data you provide to us when processing your order.
We provide you with the option to consent to receiving offers and information from Mister-Auto's partners. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data.
You can exercise this right by contacting our dedicated service, sending your request from the email address associated with your account to dataprotection@mister-auto.com, and including the relevant customer account number.
