What fits my car?
You can either search for the parts by clicking through sections in the search tree, or enter your registration number or part reference number into the search box. You can then access a tailored part catalogue with all parts available for your type of vehicle.

There might be technical differences between cars from the same Make and Model. We therefore recommend you check your old car part and compare its technical details to the ones in our catalogue.

If you have selected the right car and the technical details correspond exactly, you are very likely to have selected the right part.

How do I place an order?
1.Select your car parts using your registration number.

2.Then click on 'Checkout' or the shopping basket icon on the top right corner of the page.

3.Sign in to your account if you've ordered from us before or create an account.

4.Follow the steps of the ordering process and select your preferred payment method.

5.Once you have finalised the payment, your order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How do I return an item?
At Mister-Auto we hope that you are happy with your purchases, however we know that sometimes you will need to return or cancel an item. We offer you 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

To return a part, you should sign in into your account and go to "My returns".

There you can tick whichever car parts you'd like to return. The website will then guide you through the return process.
You'll need to print the Returns Authorization form as well as the UPS label. You must include a copy of your Returns Authorisation form in with your item(s), failure to do so will delay your refund. All you need to do then is get in touch with UPS to arrange a pick-up date for your return.

Once the parts have arrived at Mister-Auto they will be checked and if you have fully complied with the return conditions, you will be given a full refund.

How do I return a deposit article?

Some parts should be returned to the supplier. In this case, a deposit is added to the item's price. To be refunded the deposit, your old and used part must be returned to us once the ordered item has been delivered.

Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your Returns Authorisation form in with your item(s), failure to do so will delay your refund.

How long is the delivery period?
The delivery period depends on the delivery mode you have selected. We offer a premium delivery within 24hrs and a standard delivery within 48hrs.

Please do bear in mind though that these delivery periods only take effect once your order has been dispatched though. Before we ship your order, we need some preparation time which varies from a couple of hours to a couple of working days, depending on the availability of your car parts in our warehouses.

With every article in our catalogue you will find an indication of the availability of the part.

My order has been dispatched but I didn't receive anything? What should I do?
Our deliveries take either 24 or 48hrs depending on the option you chose. Please do bear in mind though that it is 48hrs after shipping and not after ordering. Any preparation time we need before dispatching your order is not included in the delivery period.

If however your order has been shipped, but you did not receive anything and you cannot track your parcel, please contact our helpdesk. Your parcel may be blocked or lost during transport. Although representing a small minority of all shipped orders, this does unfortunately occur from time to time.

Of course the helpdesk will be happy to assist you and seek information from the transportation company to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

What is the driver's side and what is the passenger's side?
The driver's side or offside (O/S) of your car is the side furthest away from the kerb or the right side of your car, standing behind it. The nearside (N/S) or the passenger's side is nearest to the kerb.

Are the prices on the website inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All the prices on our website include VAT.

Yes. All the products we sell would have a minimum of 12 months warranty (unless otherwise stated).
