How can I consult my invoices ?

Your invoices are accessible and downloadable from the "My orders" section of your customer account. You can also contact our customer support team as they will be able to assist you right away.

How to manage the "my orders" section?

This section, a real dashboard of your orders, allows you to

- follow the status of your order

- find out the status of the order by clicking on the order number

- track the shipment of your order by clicking on the package number

- download your invoice

How do I connect to my customer account?

On your computer, click on "Log in" at the top right of your screen to access your customer account.

On our mobile application, click on the top left of your screen on the "My account" menu

The email address and password you entered when creating your account will allow you to log in to your customer account.

To track an order placed as a guest, use your email address registered at the time of your order and the order number that was sent to you by email just after payment. Forgot your password? Click on "Forgot your password" and enter your email.

You will receive a link, valid 24 hours, to change it and access your account information again.

How do I register or modify my delivery addresses?

Need to choose your delivery address in one click when ordering? You can register one or more delivery addresses in your customer account.
Go to the section "My information"/"My delivery addresses".

You can modify an address by clicking on the "Edit" link next to an address already registered.
To add a new address, you must click on the button "Create a new address", fill in the fields and validate.
A little tip: we offer you a "Name this address" field, so you can classify your different addresses, for example: home, company...

How to create my customer account?

- enter your complete contact information: last name, first name, email, phone and postal address,
 
- to read and check "I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale".

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your account has been created.

The login details you entered when creating your account are your access key to your Mister-Auto account!

How do I manage my personal information?

This section is your personal dashboard.

On your computer, go to "My information"/"My personal information". You can :

- manage your connection information (identification email and password) as well as your contact information

- manage subscriptions and information to be received: newsletter, emails related to your shopping cart, offers from Mister-Auto partners.

- link your Mister-Auto account to your Facebook page.

Simply click on the "Validate my information" button to update your personal information.

What is the purpose of the customer account?

Opening a customer account is simple, fast and free. This account allows you to benefit from our loyalty program, sponsorship and many other advantages.

Save time! Once your account is created, you can start your next purchase right away. Thus, by registering your vehicle(s) you can directly access the catalog adapted to your needs.

Can I register multiple vehicles?

Take advantage of the promotions adapted to your vehicle and go to the next level by directly accessing the catalog corresponding to your model.

To do this, simply go to your customer account, under the heading "My vehicles". You can register your main vehicle, but also other vehicles.

A first vehicle to register?

To register your main vehicle, click on "My main vehicle". Using the drop-down menus, specify: the make, model, engine, average number of km driven per year and the date of the last technical inspection. Click on the button " Validate my information " to save your information. Several vehicles to register? Click on " My list of vehicles ", then on the link " add ". The procedure is the same as for the registration of the first vehicle

What are monetary credits?

Your customer experience is important to us.

In the event of an accident, Mister-Auto can grant you a commercial gesture.

A voucher is then credited to your customer account, in the form of a code that you simply need to insert at the "shopping cart" stage of your next order.

These cash credits are valid for up to six months and cannot be combined with promotional offers.

How can I link a bank account to my customer account?

In order to automate the reimbursement operations by transfer, you can enter your bank details in your customer account in complete security.

Go to the section "My information"/"My banking information".

You must indicate: the name of the bank, the bank account holder, the account number, the IBAN and the BIC/SWIFT.

Finally, click on the button " Validate my information ".
