What are the delivery options?

Mister Auto offers several delivery options.

At home or to a different specified address. 

Your packages are in good hands, Mister-Auto works with trusted carriers (DPD,DHL express)."

What is a deposit part?

Manufacturer's deposit part: The part purchased is a part renovated by the equipment manufacturers according to strict specifications; less expensive but as reliable as a new part. The amount of the deposit (X€ TTC) is invoiced to you in addition to the price of the part purchased.

The deposit is refunded when you return the used part. 

[The return must be made in the same packaging as the new part received in your Mister-Auto order].

Alternators, turbochargers, cardan shafts, starters, calipers, injectors, power steering pumps can be offered as returnable parts (refer to the product description on mister-auto.ie).

What payment options are available?

Mister-Auto offers you several payment options and the road is fully marked out. Our site offers a totally secure online payment by credit card: Visa, Master Card, American express, or by Paypal. You can also choose to pay by bank transfer. 

At the moment there isn't an active Google play pay option in our UK IE side.

How to benefit from free delivery?

Free delivery is available during our promotional campaigns on certain delivery methods. It may be applicable on specific products in our online catalogue. 

You can also benefit from our offers by using our mobile application. 

Remember to check the conditions applicable to current offers. 

Can I be delivered in 24 hours?

You can be delivered in 24 hours from the date of your order provided that it meets 2 criteria:

- Choose parts indicated ""Shipped today"".

- Select an express delivery method.

For parts marked "Shipped Today", keep an eye on the counter indicating the remaining order time!

Express delivery can be made the next day at home or in a company

As soon as the carrier takes charge of your order, you will be notified of the shipment of your parcel and its delivery number by email and/or sms.

To track your order, consult the shipment tracking in your customer account, section ""My orders"". However, it is possible that the tracking number of your package is active only after 24 to 48 hours.

How to consult my invoices?

Your invoices are accessible and downloadable from the My orders" section of your customer account. You can also contact our Customer support team and they will be able to provide you with more data.

How long does it take to return a product?

If you have made a mistake in the choice of a product or if you change your mind, you can of course return it: you have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.

This period is extended to 365 calendar days if it is a Bölk product or Bpro.

You can return one or more pieces or even your entire order."

What are the terms of reimbursement?

You will be reimbursed either by the same payment method you used to place your orderIf you have used a voucher, it will be reactivated.

If you do not confirm your preference within 24 hours, you will automatically be refunded by bank transfer.

In case of error or if you have changed your mind, the shipping costs related to the return of the product remain at your expense, unless you have subscribed to the guarantee Achat Tranquille.

The refund of your order is made in the days following the effective date of cancellation of your order, or receipt of an order that you return to us.

What should I do if I have not received my parcel?

Is your package late?

Check the tracking status of your customer account to see if it has been shipped or if it has been cancelled.

 - Your parcel has been shipped but the estimated delivery time that was communicated to you when your parcel was shipped has not yet passed: you must wait for this time to expire before contacting Mister-Auto Customer Service 

 - Your parcel has been shipped but the estimated delivery time that was communicated to you when your parcel was shipped has already passed: you can contact Mister-Auto Customer Service to initiate an investigation with the carrier. You will be kept informed and we will do everything necessary to ensure that your parcel is delivered as soon as possible.

How do I manage the section "my orders"?

This space, a real dashboard of your orders, allows you for each of them to :

- follow the status of your order

- know the status of the order by clicking on the order number

- track the shipment of your order by clicking on the package number

- download your invoice

How do I contact my customer service?

Mister-Auto will assist you with any request.

Your customer account allows you to ask a question online, in the "Customer Service "/"Ask a question" section.

On our application, go from the menu to My account / My messages / Ask a question.

Do you have a technical or compatibility question about a part?
In order to answer you accurately, please provide your registritain number  of the vehicle document.

How do I cancel my order?

Did you make a mistake or change your mind? This is your right.
Please contact our customer support team and they will be able to assist you with a cancellation process if the status of your package allows it..
If the status does not allow it, you will be invited to refuse the delivery for return and refund.

How do I connect to my customer account?

On your computer, click on "My space" at the top right of your screen to access your customer account.

On our mobile application, click on the top left of your screen on the "My account" menu:

The email address and password you entered when creating your account will allow you to log in to your customer account.
You can also connect via your PayPal account or via Facebook (only on computer):
To track an order placed as a guest, use your email address registered at the time of your order and the order number that was sent to you by email just after payment.

Forgot your password? Click on "Forgot your password" and enter your email address.

You will receive a link, valid for 24 hours, to change it and access your account information again.

    

Can I get assistance placing my order?

How do I track my refund?

You are informed by email as soon as Mister-Auto has issued your refund order. Due to inter-bank delays, it takes an average of 5 working days for the funds to be available in the bank account associated with the payment method used at the time of your purchase.

Refunds following the return of a part are made after reception and control of the returned package in our warehouses. It takes an average of ten days after receipt of the package in our warehouse for the refund to be made.
In the case of an order cancellation, please allow 2 to 3 days after submitting your request.

What should I do if my package is incomplete?

You have ordered several items but have not received your entire order?

First of all, check in your customer account whether the delivery announced is grouped in a single shipment or separated into several packages. Follow the signposting: "My Account"/"My Orders" then select the order concerned.

If the delivery is announced as a single parcel, make sure to check your parcel in the presence of the delivery person, to make a reservation if necessary on the delivery note and to take photos of the parcel received, then contact Mister-Auto by email via your Customer account. 
After studying your complaint, you may be offered a return of the missing product or a refund. In any case, our teams will inform you of the conclusion of the study of your complaint.

Can I pay online in complete security?

Security in the car as well as for online payment is essential for Mister-Auto.

By choosing to pay by credit card, your transaction is carried out in a totally secure area by our partner, Ogone.

How to pay in one click?

In a hurry to order with ease? The option of memorizing your bank card is made for you. It is offered to you during the ordering process: simply click on the checkbox "Remember my card for a future order" and your future purchases will be made in one click. Your bank details are securely stored by our partner, Adyen. They use cryptographic techniques that comply with the various banking regulations.


To reinforce the security of your future transactions, only one piece of information will be asked of you: the confirmation of your visual cryptogram (indicated on the back of your credit card).

If you wish to go back and delete this information, go to your Customer account / My payment methods.

How does the fast delivery work?

The fast delivery can be made at home or in company in 48h from DHL express

How do I place my order online?

Ordering the right car part for your vehicle is easy!

Indicate your license plate number, your registration number or select, in the drop-down menus, the make of your vehicle, the model, then the engine.

Do you need help in choosing the right part? Do not hesitate to consult our advice sheets.

Finally, the purchasing process is simple:

- add your items in your cart,

- validate your cart,

- choose your delivery method in or 48h-72h,

- several payment options are available: different credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.


You can place an order by connecting to your customer account. You don't have a customer account? This is not a hindrance, you can order as a guest.

You will receive an order confirmation email, and then a package tracking email as soon as it is shipped.

In order to give you a precise answer, please provide your license plate number and the serial number found in field E of the vehicle registration document.

Why can't I choose my preferabable shipping method sometimes?

This depends on the specific order and delivery address, most of our deliveries are made by DPD or DHL Express
